Poster and Essay


This poster I made is all about the Story Preludes by Daryll Delgado. I draw this because it has a lot of meaning inside it like for example this poster shows different type of Characteristics like the sun the sun in the poster means the heat of the story itself because of what the story is about and how thrilling it can be in another type of perspective of the story the story itself has other meaning 
Like the money that his husband used in making affairs instead of buying medication and ended up dead because of it even though her loving wife is broken hearted because of what his husband did to her she stayed by his side till the end
as all loving wife should be as you can see in the poster Nenita is crying it is because her husband got into an affair it really hurt her deeply inside her heart but she still took cared of him as if nothing happened ,and when her husband died all she could do is remember all the songs that we're sung by his husband when he was still alive her husband was a great singer when he was still alive that was one of the reasons why she fell in love with him all those unforgettable moments of their life that they both made are now part of the past and now a memory of the present and she even think of Willie Revillame dragging her arms and hugged her and said condolences before giving her money she must have think of this because she idolized him at her days ,and now all she could do is remember the memories they both made because now her unfaithful husband is dead, why unfaithful? It is because he cheated on her wife that never did anything wrong but to love him and give him her trust and he just wasted it but in the end Nenita still choose to love him and took cared if him until his end has come.

Motivation

(1)  Why does it seem acceptable in Philippines society for husband to have affairs with other women? Answer: No, men in Philippine society are not given carte blanche to cheat. Adultery and concubinage are illegal in the Philippines. Cheating occurs in the Philippines, but it is not the norm, despite the fact that many cheating husbands get away with their crime. Wives who are dissatisfied with their husbands do not accept it, even if many tolerate it, which happens everywhere. (2).  It is acceptable for women? Why or why not? What do you think or feel about this? Answer: No it's not acceptable for women because that's a sin . What I feel is, this is like commiting a crime because you're married to someone else. (3). Should this attitude changed? why or why not? Answer: For me this kind of attitude should be changed because having this kind of mindset or attitude is difficult to understand.

(1) What is prelude? Why is that the title of the story? Prelude- an action or event serving as an introduction to something more important. Prelude is something that serves as an introduction. The opening introduction before a literary work begins in an example of the prelude. The romantic overtures That a person makes leading up to a kiss are an example of a prelude. (2) What does Nenita feel for her husband? Why do you think she feels that way? Answer:  Nenita neither feels extravagant love for her husband nor hates him. He's unfaithful, and she goes about her life. He takes the money his relatives sent for his medication and spends it with another woman, and Nenita goes about her life. She seems to be relatively contented in her sphere, and so she continues in it. Nenita feels that it is not her place to have an opinion, let alone take action against her husband's activities; therefore, she blindly serves her role as obedient wife.
